Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a collaborative process that offers a safe, confidential space to explore thoughts, emotions, memories and patterns that may be causing challenges. Psychotherapy supports greater self-awareness by providing opportunities for reflection, emotional healing and personal growth. The sessions can help you understand the roots of your experiences and create meaningful change in your life. Through reflections and discussions, we can gently uncover what feels stuck or painful, and explore new ways of relating to yourself and others.

Art Psychotherapy

There is always the option to use art making during sessions. Art psychotherapy offers a gentle and creative space to explore your inner world through image making and imagination. Drawing from a Jungian approach, the sessions invite you to connect with the unconscious: the place where dreams, symbols, and archetypes emerge. Art making can give form to feelings and experiences that may be hard to express in words, providing an outlet to externalise your internal world and psyche. The artwork becomes a bridge for reflection and conversation, opening pathways to talk about things that might have otherwise remained unspoken. Working together, we will follow the imagery that arises in the artwork, reflecting on its meaning as part of your journey towards self-understanding and wholeness.

Dreams

Dreams are a natural and meaningful part of our inner world, offering insight into our emotions, memories and unconscious processes. In psychotherapy and art psychotherapy, exploring dreams can help uncover hidden feelings, reveal patterns and support self-understanding. Through creative expression and reflection, dream imagery can become a pathway between the conscious and unconscious mind, allowing you to explore your inner landscape in a safe and transformative way.
